To replace the spark plugs on a Seat Ibiza 1.2, first ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery terminal. Remove the ignition coil or spark plug cover to access the plugs. Lift the the air cover off, this will show the the coil pack, loosen the wires to the coil packs by taking them out of the plastic holders, ease the rubber coil pack out of the housing with a flat bladed screwdriver and you will see the spark plugs down in the recess.
