Where can you get a fuse box diagram for a 1997 Mazda 626 to find the fuse for the fuel pump?
I was able to disable the fuel pump on my 1997 Mazda 626 by removing a green relay in the main fuse box in the engine compartment. The fuse box has a diagram in the lid, but it is vague and doesn't mention the fuel pump.
The relay was located on the rear drivers side of the fuse box, next to two other large relays. Once removed the car would still crank and it ran for a few seconds, then would no longer start, leading me to believe that the fuel pump wasn't running. While replacing the fuel filter there wasn't any pressure in the lines.
Also try looking in a Haynes manual or ask a Mazda dealer/garage. They might be able to help
