at the fuse box. BUT if it is and after market radio. the installer often hooks a wire to a power sourse and has an inline fuse on the positive lead wire. So you will need to trace the positive lead wire back to the source and see if it has a inline fuse.

I have similar problem on my '05 DGC and look what I found through some online research: http://consumerguideauto.howstuffworks.com/2005-to-2007-dodge-caravan-2.htm (Check the front suspension section of that report) Regards, Kalin
How do I check my transmission fluid on my 2008 dodge grand caravan ... to service a 2014 Dodge caravan w/c van that doesn't have a dipstick to check fluid
Check to make sure that your automatic transmission fluid is filled to the appropriate level. This may not be the problem but it is the first thing you should check. If the fluid coupling in your van (basically the clutch of an automatic) doesn't have fluid in it, no power will be transfered. For more info, check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fluid_coupling.
go to autozone to ask to check your codes
It could have a 31th or a 41te
Dodge has a repair kit for that problem on a 1996-2000 Check all puleys for alignment. Check belt shield. Check for correct tension.
There could be on at each wheel bearing.
Check the fuse, check the flasher relay and check the bulbs. It's probably one of the three.
