The transmission oil level for your 2006 Toyota tundra with the transmission dipstick. The transmission dipstick will have a full indicator and a add fluid indicator stamped on the dipstick.
To check the transmission fluid on a 2006 Toyota Tundra with a 4.7 V8, first ensure the vehicle is on level ground and the engine is running at normal operating temperature. Locate the transmission dipstick, usually found near the back of the engine, and pull it out. Wipe it clean, reinsert it fully, then remove it again to check the fluid level; it should be between the "FULL" and "ADD" marks. If the level is low, add the appropriate transmission fluid through the dipstick tube as needed.

A 1999 Toyota Camry LE will have a inlet for the transmission fluid located next to the transmission housing. Before adding fluid to the system it is important to drain the older fluid. Be sure to add the correct amount and avoid over filling the system.
Usually you drain and replace it...;)
Should be a plug at the side of the transmission
Add fluid the very same place you check the fluid level.
If you know where the transmission dipstick is located you use a funnel and pour the transmission fluid into the place where the dipstick came from.
