You add oil at the oil fill cap which is located somewhere on the upper part of the engine. It is more than likely located on the valve cover, but may not be. Look around for a cap that says oil or lists the weight of the oil, something like 5w20. Whatever you do, do not add oil unless you are 100% sure you are adding it to the oil fill hole. Make sure you check the oil level with the vehicle parked on a level surface after the engine has not been running for about 30 minutes. That way you will get an accurate reading. Don not overfill as this is just as bad as under-filling.
