The low beam relay for a Lexus LS 430 is typically located in the engine compartment fuse box. You can find the fuse box near the driver's side near the battery. To identify the specific relay, refer to the diagram on the cover of the fuse box or consult the owner's manual for your vehicle.
Carry it to dealer who will replace on low beam headlight for $15 +/- dollars in about 5 minutes.
Inside the switch.

does nissan skyline have a relay for high beam hidden somewhere ? if you know let me know ,have low beam but not high and the bulbs are fine
You use low beam headlights when you're in a town or city in any location.
Low to high beam is the lever on the steering column, if there is a problem, look there first...
The high beam may be blown. ---- Bad relay.
There is no fuse that is just for low beam. There is however a headlight fuse. Look in your owner's manual for the location.
It sounds like your interior switch, it's faulty
Bab bulbs? (they are double filamented) Bad dimmer switch? Bad low-beam relay?
It may be simply that you were running with only one low beam instead of 2 and both are now burned out. If not, then the high beam switch or relay went bad.
If only one beam isn't working, it probably isn't the relay. More likely, it's in either the harness or the wiring.
