The coolant drain plug is located on the bottom left side of the radiator when looking from front of car. To access it you must remove the passenger side fog light and push the rubber cover out of the way. It only takes a 1/4 turn and the fluid drains out of the hole in bottom of front spoiler. If it has none, then the bottom radiator hose will have to be removed to drain the coolant.
On a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus with a four-cylinder engine, the coolant drain plug is located at the bottom of the engine block, typically on the driver's side. It's usually a small hex or square-shaped plug that can be removed to drain the coolant from the system. Make sure to have a container ready to catch the coolant when you remove the plug, and ensure the engine is cool before attempting to drain it.
It was built with plain old green. No fancy type required.
