in behind the glove box.. coouple of screws and right there in front of you.. mick
in the bottom of the fan housing located on the passenger side footwell.
Under the hood, passenger side firewall, near the fan motor.
A resistor used in a fan circuit reduces the voltage supplied to the fan motor, which decreases the speed of the fan. The resistance introduced by the resistor limits the current flow to the motor, resulting in a slower fan speed.
The 2005 Pontiac fan motor resistor is located on the back of the fan motor. The fan motor resistor is attached to the fan motor with two retaining screws.
The 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier resistor pack fan control switch is located on the back of the fan motor. The fan motor is located directly behind the fan.
the first part I would look at replacing is the fan resistor this may be a circuit board or a assembly of three coils which regulate the fan speed. This resistor may be under the dash where your blower is located or under the hood next to your blower. Hope this helps you.
The 1999 Nissan Quest radiator fan resistor is attached to the back of the fan motor. The resistor should be labeled as such.
The blower motor fan cools the resistor so the resistor is usually located close to the blower.
where to find heater resistor 2004
If you mean the HVAC fan, the resistor should be located within the fuse block.
Could be a resistor problem.
The resistor in the heating/air conditioning system controls the blower speed. As the fan speed switch is turned, the resistor adjusts the amount of current to the blower motor, changing the fan speed.
