THE FUEL PUMP DRIVER MODULE IS LOCATED ABOVE AND TO THE FRONT OF THE SPARE TIRE.
On a 2004 Ford Taurus, the fuel pump driver module is typically located in the trunk area, specifically on the driver's side. It is mounted on the rear trunk floor, near the fuel tank. To access it, you may need to remove the trunk liner or any covering that is obstructing the module.
Gas engine : it is part of the fuel pump module in the tank. Diesel : it is on the driver side of the block.

The fuel pump driver module is located under the driver's side B-Pillar interior trim about 6 inches above the floor. The B-pillar is the pillar between the front doors and the sliders. Push the driver's seat forward, remove the pillar trim and you will see it right away.
