There is one under the hood on the drivers side behind the battery. there is another one under the rear drivers side seat. you have to take 2 plastic covers off to get to the fuses.. but the first cover just pulls off and i believe the other one has 2 tabs you depress.

The 2003 Chevrolet trailblazer power control module is located in the fuse box. The fuse box is located in the engine compartment.
I have a 2004 trailblazer and it's located under the driver side rear seat.

Look under the backseat on driver's side. There's also a fuse box under the hood.
The fuse schematics should be an the panel that you took off to get to the fuse box.

Lift the hood and you'll see a fuse box on the drivers side. ECC fuse is in there.
