It's supposed to be at the right end of the instrument panel, on the passenger side. Your supposed to open the passneger side door and remove the cover. The other one is in the engine compartment. Open the passenger door. There is a plastic side panel with a small vent in it at the end of the dash board. It may require a firm yank to get the panel off
