There is no drain plug as you might expect with a car's oil pan. The oil is drained by attaching a plastic tube (comes with mower at time of purchase) to a connector at the bottom side of the engine, above the mower deck.
Turn the nut to loosen the connector attach the tube and continue to turn the nut. Tilt the mower deck by raising the opposite side of the mower deck and the old oil will flow through the tube. Once dry manually tighten the connector, remove the tube and then use a wrench to snuggle tighten the connector.
