The bank 2 is located on the driver side of the engine on the Mazda Tribute. The Sensor 2 is located after the catalytic converter.
There are 2 sensors 1 upstream and 1 downstream to tell which one is bad use a scan tool if the code says bank 1 sensor 1 it's the upstream if it's bank 1 sensor 2 it's the downstream
You did not specify which O2 sensor it is. Is it sensor 1 bank 1, sensor 2 bank 2, sensor 2 bank 1, or sensor 1 bank 2. There are four O2 sensors on a mazda 626
The intake air temp sensor is coupled with the air flow sensor, just past the air filter, on top of the intake piping. It will have 2 screws holding it in. ~ P
That should be the sensor after the catalytic converter.
