No, a Mazda 626 does not have fuses for ABS brakes. In fact, many Mazda models do not have fuses for ABS brakes.
Fuses 203, 204, 205, and 235 in the Central Junction Box, and fuses 114 and 122 in the Under Hood Box
The manual say's fuse 15 and 23 for a 2000 expedition.
probably the abs pump...mine has started whining after sitting >6hrs, during which the abs has bled off pressure (which it shouldn't)-:

Some abs fuses are right next to the battery in a little black box. while other abs fuses are found in the area of the wheel well. the best thing to do is to obtain the owners manual for the vehice in question and go from there.

It is grey relay by itself on firewall just to right of center. It should have ABS written on it as well.
I wonder if one of the ABS fuses is bad ?
