The 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee IAT sensor can be found attached to the air intake hose. The IAT sensor will be near the air filter box.
Need a special socket. They are located in the exaust manifold(s).
It is under the front of the passenger side cylinder head.
The cam sensor should be located underneathe your distributor cap. That is the placement on my 98 Grand Cherokee and it should be located there as well on yours.
It does not have a mass airflow sensor.
It has 2 wires and screws into the housing that the upper hose hooks to.

It is on the right rear of the engine block(pass side) just above the oil pan.
Usually a crankshaft sensor is located on the bellhousing of the transmission
in a toilet
On my 94, I6, it was lower right, from the front of the vehicle. There is a wire from the distributor to the sensor. Follow that.
