The fuse for the engine computer, ECM is in the fuse compartment under the hood. It's position will be identified on the underside of the fuse compartment cover which is located on the driver side near the edge of the fender. The ECM fuse is what you are talking about? The fuel pump relay and various other fuses and relays are there too. I'm not aware of one specific fuse for the whole PCM which is in charge of many electrical functions from fuel delivery to ignition etc.
