Not sure if it is the same for Custom as for Limited, but remove the dust cover , on top of the engine top left, there is a small round cover with 3 wires attached to it. Unplug wires, push down on plastic cover turning counterclockwise 1/4 turn and pull up. PCV Valve is uderneath. Remove O-ring from old valve and replace on new one, install the Valve, and replace cover by pushing in and turning clockwise 1/4 turn. Replace wires, and dust cover. AK-Rabbitt
where is the pcv valve located on a 2001 buick lesabre
The PCV valve for a 2001 Buick LeSabre is located in the top of one of the valve covers. It is a plug in unit and is easily changed.
The Idle Air control valve is located on the side of the throttle plate.
where dose a pcv valve go no 1996 buick lasaber...
The 1990 Buick LeSabre air conditioner recharge valve can be found on top of the air conditioning compressor. The air conditioner recharge valve will have a blue top.
I'm not sure about the limited but on my custom the drain is on the bottom right of the radiator when you're facing the car from the front. There's a twist valve on it.
Hi , hope you can help me. Can you tell me where the oxygen sensor and the EGR valve are located on my 1997 Buick LaSabre. Thanks
On a 2002 Buick LeSabre, the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve is located on the engine's valve cover. Specifically, it can be found on the driver's side toward the rear of the engine. You may need to remove any engine covers or components obstructing access to reach it. Be sure to check the PCV hose for any signs of wear or damage when inspecting or replacing the valve.
It is located underneath the plastic engine cover on the right side of the engine as you look at it from the front.
It should be located on the intake manifold by the distibutorless ignition module. On my 92 Lesabre it is located near the plugs at the back of the motor. On my 94 LeSabre it is located on the front/driver's side of the engine. There is a 4-wire connector on the top and it is mounted by two bolts on a flange. About 2" in diameter, 4" high.
Most EGR valves are located on the intake manifold with a vacuum line attached. Most are held on with two bolts.
The PCV valve should be on top of the valve cover at the back. The valve just plugs in, and slides out of the rubber hose.
