Do you mean the PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) valve? The PCV valve should be on the top of the motor, either in one of the valve covers or in the coverplate on top of the block.
You don't fix it, you replace it.
It should be towards the passenger side of the engine stuck in the valve cover.
