On a 2004 Dodge Neon, the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve is located on the engine's intake manifold, typically near the rear of the engine. It is attached to the intake manifold with bolts and connected to the exhaust system via the EGR tube. To access it, you may need to remove some components, such as the air intake duct, for better visibility and reach. Always consult the vehicle's service manual for specific instructions and diagrams.
