It's called a drain cock and it's straight down behind and under the radiator on the left side way down there. Even though it's way down there it's still easier than getting to it from the bottom. It's not a typical screw type device though. It has a notch (metal tip coming out of one side of it and no threads. Just turn 3/4 turn and pull straight out.
