The starter on a 1990 Plymouth Acclaim is located on the lower side of the engine, near the transmission. It is positioned towards the rear of the engine bay, mounted to the engine block. To access it, you may need to lift the vehicle and remove any components obstructing the starter, such as the battery or heat shield.
It doesn't have a crank sensor. It only has a distributor pick up plate (cam sensor).
Points, no. Distributor cap and rotor, yes.

On a 1990 Plymouth Acclaim, the fuel pump relay is typically located in the power distribution center (PDC) under the hood. This center is usually found near the battery and contains various relays and fuses. To access the fuel pump relay, you may need to remove the cover of the PDC and refer to the diagram printed on the underside of the cover for the exact position of the relay.
On my 1990 it is the middle relay on the left fender between the battery and the shock tower.
It is screwed into the exhaust behind the engine.
Check lower control arm bushings.
