Hi, if it's like my 91, it should be located underneath the passenger side just behind the door, in front of the right rear tire. It's bolted to the chasis about a foot in. It looks like a round canister that has two hoses coming out of it (about the size of a coke can). One of the hoses is for the gas going in and the other for the gas coming out. There is only one bolt that holds it in place. Unbolt it and then remove the two gas lines which are rubber held in place by hose clamps. The hose for the gas inlet has a metal extender which fits over the fitting on the filter. This pulls off by hand. It's so it can pivot. You'll see once you take off the hose. There will be a little spillage of gas but try to keep the hoses upright as well as the two fittings on the filter because it's full of gas. Reverse the procedure with the new filter and you're good to go.
The filter is located under the car on the passenger's side just forward of the rear tire.
This is located right above the oil filter.
If it is the same as my 1991 Lebaron it is located just above the oil filter. You will have to take the oil filter off and the starter off to get to it.

The fuel filter on a 1992 Chrysler LeBaron is located under the car, near the right rear wheel. If you lay down next to the right rear wheel, just about at the middle of the rear door (if you have a sedan), you should see the filter. It'll be a round metal thing near a bunch of hoses.
