To Change fuel filter on Mazda Miata mx-5 .Location is right side in front of rear tire undercar. Covered with a small plastic cover held on by plastic clips. Have to jack car. Use jack stands for safety. Remove plastic clips remove cover. Their are two hoses on filter. With plastic detents that hold gas lines too filter. Besure to have drip pan for spilling gas. Be careful your dealing with gas. If you do not have alot of automotive experience. This is a half hour job in most shops. Good Luck
