The fuel filter is located by the fire wall in the engine compartment. Mine was near the battery. Its black and has a hose going to the top. When I changed mine I removed the battery it made the job alot easier. Make sure to use a flare nut wrench on the lower fitting so you don't mess up the fuel line.
