the fuel filter on a 1995 Pontiac Grand am SE is located towards the back of the car, just behind the fuel tank. look just under the rear axle and look for two orange flags saying, "caution Flammible, Fuel" on it. but good luck fineing the fuel pump i still cant find that. Good luck FYI- PEP Boys have a fuel pump for '95 Grand Am available (3rd party mfg., way cheaper than OEM part Umm, the fuel pump in in the gas tank.
