The fel filter on a Volvo S70 is located above a bracket just in front of the passenger side rear tire. There is a 12mm bolt holding the clamp closed around the fuel filter, you will need to losen it (and possibly the 12mm bolt attaching clamp to the carbon canister (large square box)) to remove the fuel filter. The fuel lines are attached using quick connectors, simply slide a 17mm open end between the plastic fitting on the end of the fuel line and the filter body and push away from the filter body. The lines should slide off easily. Be careful, you will spill quite a bit of fuel from your old filter.
