Depends on what year of vehicle you have. If it is a 2001 and above. The fuel filter and pump are located in the fuel tank.

There is not inline fuel filter on a 2004 Sebring. The only filter on it is the one on the fuel pump and the only way to change that is to replace the fuel pump. $175 at autozone. Ridiculous I know!!
