If you know nothing it's not a good idea to fool around with fuel pumps on a turbo diesel. Take it to an expert who knows what he's doing, or to a Deere agency.
Low voltage to the fuel pump on a John Deere 445 lawn tractor could be caused by several issues, including a weak battery, corroded or loose electrical connections, or a faulty ignition switch. Additionally, damaged wiring or a malfunctioning fuel pump relay could lead to insufficient voltage reaching the pump. To diagnose, check the battery voltage, inspect all connections for corrosion, and test the fuel pump relay.
To install the injection pump on a 1970s John Deere 410 backhoe, first ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the battery. Remove any components obstructing access to the injection pump, such as the fuel lines and mounting brackets. Carefully align the new injection pump with the drive shaft and secure it in place, then reconnect the fuel lines and any other components removed. Finally, prime the fuel system and check for leaks before starting the engine.
