Try looking in the fuse box which is under the bonnet (yep, there's another fuse box there) , but need to know exactly what model Falcon.
You can purchase a diagram of the 1969 Ford Falcon fuse box at major auto parts stores. If the store doesn't have the diagram in stock, the associate can order it for you.

Under the RHS of the steering wheel, next to the hood release
just below the dash above the accelerator pedal you have to remove the bottom part of the dash to access it it just four plastic screws that you sould be able to undo with your fingers then it just comes off
