There are 2 fuses to be checked for radiator fan. Small one right side under steering wheel in the fuse box. In the cap of fuse box it is written where the one for cooling fan is. If that ok go for the fuse box under hood. it is on passenger side and is of 30A.
You can find the 1991 Mazda 323 fuse box diagram at your local Mazda dealership. You can also find the fuse box diagram on the inside cover of the fuse box.

Wondering about the same thing.
Next to the radiator on the drivers side, in front of the battery.
The Mazda 323 of that time from had a 1600cc engine but that isn't going to effect the issue of where to get a wiring diagram. Haynes makes a manual for the 1990-1994 Mazda 323. If you have a 1986-1989 Mazda 323, you will need to get a FSM (Factory Service Manual).
Look at the engine end of the upper radiator hose in a removable housing
First we need to know what year is the vehicle.
there will either be a fuse on the back of the actual radio unit or else check your audio fuse and your room fuse.
the fuse is in the fuse panel. if its not the trace the power lines from the lighter back and you should find an in line fuse.
It is at the lower end of the top radiator hose within the water outlet on the motor.
To change the radiator in a 1994 Mazda 323, first ensure the engine is cool, then disconnect the negative battery cable. Drain the coolant by removing the drain plug at the bottom of the radiator, and disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses, as well as the transmission cooler lines if applicable. Remove the radiator mounting bolts and lift out the old radiator, then install the new radiator by reversing the steps. Refill the system with coolant, check for leaks, and reconnect the battery.
