It is on the right-hand side of the fuseboard behind the driver's cubbyhole. Pull the cubbyhole off, undo the 2 screws and gently push in the locating clips. The fuseboard will drop back slightly, but there is a retainer underneath - black plastic with holes in it - this needs to be removed (it's quite flexible) before the fuseboard will move enough to get the relay out.
