The horn on a Nissan Note is located behind the grille, in front of the radiator.
Looks like you need to remove the grille to access the horn, but it's beaten me. 4 push pin plugs secure the top section, but the two plastic push pin plugs at the bottom are inaccessible. Must be a knack or a special tool.

on my Nissan tarrano the horn's are located behind the indicator units, to access themyou need to remove the indicator units and surrounding plastic grill. There is a horn oneach side of the vehicle, one will (should) be a high note and the other a low note. You'll need a ring spanner to release the nut on the back of the unit. The single cable can be simply pulled of one the unit is released. When replacing ensure you put the washers back in place to stop the unit coming loose. Newer horns are located by the hood catch mechinism and much simpler to get to. They alsohave two cables (earth no longer supplied by chassis).
Nissan Note was created in 2004.

The horn unit is located in the engine compartment next to the radiator. The horn unit will be on the left-hand side of the radiator, behind the front grill.
The horn fuse is located in a box under the hood near the battery.
