The radiator sensor in a Toyota Echo is typically located near the radiator itself, often positioned on the radiator or in the upper or lower radiator hose. This sensor monitors the temperature of the coolant to help regulate the engine's temperature. If you need to access it, make sure the engine is cool and follow the vehicle's service manual for specific instructions.
hi i have smal question, how to change thermostat in Toyota echo 2000 thanks
Should be at the bottom of the radiator, somewhere on the passenger side.
It's electronic.
The one closest to the exhaust manifold is the upstream O2 sensor.
You can get a refurbished one for about $70. See: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=toyota+echo+mass+airflow+sensor
It is inside the Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF sensor), IN OTHERS WORDS IS PART OF THIS.
It is located on the bottom of the radiator
Right next to the air filter.
See related link which includes instructions for testing any O2 sensor.
Probably 1lb. There is a sticker on the radiator crossmember telling you the capacity
It doesn't use a Map sensor , it use a MAF sensor , and it is located right on top of the Air filter box
the price i paid at the local Toyota dealer was around 177.00 for maf on my 2000 Toyota echo stmptoms were car weak power delayed fuel pickup this fixed it.plenty of power now
