When you say they are bubbling if you mean there are air bubbles underneath the rubber on the outside of the tire then this is a factory defect. The last thing to go on the tire during manufacture is the tread and sidewalls. If it did not seal properly you end up with a situation like this. This is a defective tire and should be returned to wherever you purchased it for a replacement. Any tire doing this is dangerous and should not be you.
