It is very simple to clean the carb that is on that engine. Simply remove the airfilter and the two bolts holding the carb/gas tank onto the engine. After it you have the carb/gas tank in your hands, take the 6 bolts out that connect the carb to the gas tank. Clean everything out and replace the gasket and you are good to go.
The most important thing to remember when you are removing the carb from the gastank is to take note of what goes first onto the gas tank(the gasket or the diaphragm, some come with the gasket first and some are the diaphragm first...luck of the draw.
