The fuse panel on a 1988 Chrysler New Yorker is located inside the vehicle, typically on the driver's side. It can be found under the dashboard, near the steering column, or to the left of the instrument panel. You may need to remove a cover or panel to access it. Always refer to the vehicle’s owner manual for specific details and diagrams.

There is nothing to worry about. When ever you start ANY car ALL the lights on the dash board should light up and automatically turn off after a few seconds. That is the computers way of checking and making sure all monitored systems are okay. If all the lights on the dash light up except one, then you have something to worry about and are highly recommended to bring it to a CERTIFIED mechanic to inspect it.
