Something must still be switched on. Check the radio and the light in the boot (trunk). Check also the cleanliness of the battery; if it's dirty and/or wet on top there might be a current leak.
on my 93 impreza wagon, they are manual. located on top of the steering column. designed so the parking lights will not be left on mistakenly, causing battery drain. cup holder hides above radio

Your battery is dead and you should probably take it to the repair shop and have them put it in for you. Couldn't it be the starter motor? The lights and radio come on, so there must be some juice and the battery.

Most likely your car battery is completley dead.
