The brake light fuse might keep tripping or going out on a 2001 Ford Ranger is there is a short in the line. The fault could also be with the part that tells the brake light to come on. This is located in the steering column. There is a brake light relay switch where the brake pedal is attached to the steering column.
u have a short in ur wireing.
Could be the brake light switch or fuse.
More than likely you are having Electrical issues with your 2001 Ford Ranger brake lights. Contact your local service dealer for further information.
The tail lights are on a separate wiring than the blinker/brake lights. Look for a blown fuse or a broken/loose wire.
burnt out lightbulb!
Fog lights are in the front; they are commonly referred to as "brights" because they are the brighter of the two standard headlights. Brake lights are in the rear; they light up when pressure is applied to the brakes or when the car is in park or reverse.
if turn signals are working , and brake lights not working, i would replace the stop light switch on the brake pedal
Have you checked all the lights? Reverse lights, tail lights and brake lights?
The white parts of the tail lights are the reverse lights.
burnt fuse ... tail lights are on a different circuit than stop or turn lights
Check the brake light switch.
check that you have double filament bulbs in tail lights
