Try spraying a little WD-40 into the ignition key slot, and then insert the key, turn the switch to on then off, and remove the key.
Repeat this procedure several times and I suspect that the stuck switch will start working properly again. In between cycles, insert and remove the key several times. This should "exercise" and break loose the tiny alarm switch pin.
