Get it lubed. If still does it, check your steering components for broke seals

Check to make sure that the fluid is full. With a helper and the vehicle sitting still in park, move the steering wheel fully side to side while one of you listens at the wheels to find the noise.
please be more descriptive.... if it is constant moaning it could be a wheel bearing.. if not it could be lots of things.
Sounds like valvetrain noise. Insufficient oil, pressure or lash a little loose.
At times a creaking sound.
