You have a short in you connections
Check to see if the wiring warness jiggled loose from the radio when you went over the bump. I'd just push and wiggle it in.
The turn signal switch is probably a bit loose, so the bumps are jostling it enough for it to switch on.

well first you have to turn the car on then turn off the radio hit set then you use the scan and seek button to change the time then turn the radio back on and then it is set.

I suspect that you have a loose power wire...hopefully it is right behind the radio and all you got to do is resecure it well. That could explain why when you hit a pothole it turns off and then touches just enough to turn on later from the movements and then turn off again. So remove the radio and just secure everything and see how it goes...or it could be dirty/coroided so look for that.
