The light bulb may be burned out.
Probably need to check the crank sensor (if the check engine light is on) or the fuel pump... I had that problem not too long ago...
check the crank sensor
Things to check. Does it crank? If not, battery, starter, If it dies crank, fuel pressure, spark, check engine light codes.
The bulb is blown or someone has removed it.
Yes
If it doesn't crank, check the starter or the solenoid. If it will crank, but won't start, check for a "check engine" light. If the light is on, have Autozone or someone check it to give you an answer. If there is no light, remember, the first steps to checking an internal combustion engine are: Check for fuel; Check for spark; and check for compression. These are all necessities for gasoline engines, and they usually account for some problem when a car won't start. Once you figure out the "what," you can move on to the "why." I hope that this helps, and good luck.
is the computer setting a code or check engine light, if not it could be your crank sensor.
That is the check engine light. That is the check engine light.
Does the check light come on when you crank the starter. If not you probably have a bad or missing bulb. It is common for people to remove the bulb to sell a car.
No, oil level does not cause the check engine light.
The service engine light is the same thing as a check engine light.
