You may still have air in the system, also check to make sure the brake fluid level sensor in the brake fluid reservoir is plugged in and working.
i would try changing your bulb in the rear of the car first then if it still not working then look for fuse or wiring problem

I would guess that both of your brake light bulbs are burned out, and only the high mount bulbs are still working.

You need to change the bulb. The filiment for the brake light part of the bulb is "open" or burned out. The filiment for the tail light portion will still work.
