A flashing monitor light typically indicates that the monitor is receiving power but isn't getting a signal from the computer. This could be caused by loose or damaged cables, an issue with the graphics card, or problems with the computer's hardware or software. To troubleshoot, check the connections, try using a different cable or port, and ensure that the graphics card is properly seated. If the issue persists, it may require further diagnostics or professional assistance.
