Thrown rod or chain most likely or valvetrain noise due to no oil pressure. If oil pressure light not on and noise not on top in valve cover area, pull plugs and have a freind bump engine with starter. You can feel pressure build in cylinders one at a time if piston on upstroke if you place a finger (gently) up to each plug hole. 1 bad-thrown rod on that cylinder-all bad-chain. Start there.
