Possibly blown fuse.
Also could be that your inertia switch has tripped.
No, the fuse block sends power to the fuel relay, then to the fuel pump.
If you are getting no power then the fuse is blown or the relay is defective.
Under the hood on drivers side it should be mark on the outside of relay and fuse box.
Check fuel pump 20amp fuse in engine compartment fuse box, this feeds power to the fuel pump relay.
You should check the fuel pump fuse to make sure is not blown. If the fuse is good the fuel pump relay may be defective. It is always simpler to replace the fuse and the relay before removing the fuel pump.

Need to check FUSE for the fuel pump in the fuse box. And you did not say what you are working on.
In the under hood fuse /relay box you will find a fuel pump fuse and also a fuel pump relay. check the fuse and you can swap the relay with another in the box. Swap with the a/c or radiator fan relay just to see if that is your problem.
