First check all fuses and relays, get wiring dia. from owners manual and you can swap them out for known good ones in non essential circuits (relays) the fuses you can check visual, if those good see if your vehicle has an inertia switch since these can be reset and most do, make sure anti theft (flashing light) not activated. No power and no pressure are not the same thing, if you have no pressure and are assum9ing no power, you may just have a failed fuel pump.
Fuel pump could be possibly getting weak. Happened to my blazer.
Probably the fuel pump is bad.
If the blazer will start and run then shut off, leave off for about 5 to 10 min and if it will start back it's the fuel filter. The sediment is getting sucked up and killing the engine, then while its off the sediment is settling and allow fuel to flow shortly
Then that means that u need a new fuel pump b/c that current one has gone bad!!
Several problems can cause a 1999 Blazer not to start. There could be a fuel problem or a firing problem. Check for fuel pressure and ignition spark first.
its need 3 things to start fuel spark compression and they have to be all at the right time
after replacing my fuel pump twice on my 94 s10 blazer it still wouldn't turn over. after 2 months of tinkering around, i found a short in the power line/wiring harness. i bypassed this problem by running a new power wire to the fuel pump which is ran by a toggle switch in my dash. now i just flip the switch before i start my truck and she starts every time. good luck, check your relays!
No, it would not start.
Probably the fuel pump is bad.
1998 chevy blazer wont start good spark and good fuel presure
It can be a number of things. You need to start from scratch and eliminate things. Start with the basics- fuel and power. Make sure it is getting fuel and make sure it is getting spark.
If its hard to start it probably your fuel pump going out .You will know when it out you will go run your batteries dead trying to start it. the pump is in your fuel tank.
