ON MY 3.8 IT WAS A SPARK PLUG WIRE THAT WAS SHORTING TO THE FIRE WALL. HOPE THIS HELPS. PAUL G
Yes, but why would you want to waste the money on that boat.
The Purolator oil filter L10111 fits several cars. A few of them would be the Buick Century, the American Motors Concord, Eagle and Spirit, the Asuma GT and SE, the Buick Electra, Lacrosse, and LaSabre.
No, 26-inch rims are generally too large for a 1969 Buick Electra, which was designed for smaller wheel sizes typical of that era. The stock wheel size for the Electra is usually around 15 to 16 inches. Installing such large rims would likely require extensive modifications to the suspension and wheel wells, and may also affect the vehicle's handling and performance. It's important to consider both aesthetics and functionality when upgrading wheels.
It means that more than one cylinder has a misfire history. PO301 would be cylinder number 1 misfire. PO302 would be number 3 cylinder misfire.
Fitting 23-inch rims on a 1978 Buick Electra would likely be challenging due to the car's original design and suspension setup. The stock wheel size for this model is much smaller, typically around 15 to 16 inches, meaning significant modifications would be needed for clearance. Additionally, the larger rims could affect ride quality and handling. It's advisable to consult with a professional before attempting such an upgrade.
Did you try correcting the ignition firing order, from the ignition coilpacks, leading to your spark plugs? Also Unless you have a PCM scanner, or has had your Buick scanned, & know for sure you are in fact having a misfire, I would look into your fuel system (fuel rail, fuel injectors, fuel pressure check.). You may have a clogged injector spraying at two or more of your cylinders, causing a misfire.... I hope this information could help you. mdjblue78@yahoo.com
I would replace the control module within the distributor ( $ 25.00) It is not hard to do. This module is a microprocessor and as they age they are sensitive to heat. As you drive your car it warms up and shuts off.
LOL the better Question would be what doesn't it fit. http://www.wixfilters.com/filterlookup/PartApplications.asp?Part=51036 Here are just a few follow the link for more BUICK CENTURY/CENTURY WAGON V6 2.8L 173 CID BUICK CENTURY/CENTURY WAGON V6 4.3L Diesel BUICK ELECTRA/WAGON/PARK AVE. If it had a power ant. before the easiest would be to find the break in the wire so it works as it did. If it's new then you will have to run FUSED power to it from a source in the fusebox through a switch that is able to control the up & down.
Maybe lesbian, but not gay no.
P0303 is cylinder #3 misfire. P0300 would be random misfire. Either way you need to diagnose the case of a misfire. Check spark plugs, plug wires(if equipped), cylinder compression, fuel inectors, and wiring.
Are u using super unleaded gas? if so stop!! use only regular . the super has to high of a fuel voltality and causes stalling when cold.
