Did you try correcting the ignition firing order, from the ignition coilpacks, leading to your spark plugs? Also Unless you have a PCM scanner, or has had your Buick scanned, & know for sure you are in fact having a misfire, I would look into your fuel system (fuel rail, fuel injectors, fuel pressure check.). You may have a clogged injector spraying at two or more of your cylinders, causing a misfire.... I hope this information could help you. mdjblue78@Yahoo.com
Very possible.
I've replaced ignition switch, and starter solenoid, checked fuses, and battery, but I don't seem to be getting any electrical through to start the engine. I can jump everything and get the engine to turn over but not start.
Some basic electrical items - like for example a fruit blender or even a washing machine - can be replaced with mechanical systems that need other form of power (like human power). We can say that such electrical items replaced the mechanical items in the first place. For other items - like cell phones or TVs - no we can not replace the electrical power.
Electrical equipment that is defective should be where possible repaired and if not repairable it should be replaced.
Yes.
If you get sparking in an electrical switch there is a loose connection or short in the circuit. The switch should be repaired or replaced.

Code P1399 means:Random missfire Plugs not gaped right might want to check them since you just replaced them or plug wire loose?
They can be of they are old or have been abraded. If they are they should be replaced with new cords.
A bad alternator caused the same thing to happen in a 1985 Ford Bronco. We replaced it and everything is fine now. I agree I was in the process of passing someone when this happened to me. It completely died. After changing my undies and the alternator everything was fine.
Its has a bushing and should be replaced everything the clutch is being replaced, as a set!
random or multiple cylinder misfires detected. what kind of plugs did you put back in the car. The Chrysler 2.7l is picky about the plug types used. Some brands will cause excessive missfire and give this error even though they are new. Go back with the same plug that the vehicle calls for.
