I called three different places that do TX inspections (firestone, wylie goodyear, and christian brothers). They all said that the SRS light being on WILL NOT effect the inspection. Meaning you will not automatically fail due to light being on. They said that it is not part of the inspection process. Which is a huge relief because for my Acura the SRS is no longer under warranty so the test alone will cost $100, and it has to be done by a dealership. :/ Now since it doesn't HAVE to be fixed, I am planning to wait till I have some extra cash! If you have less than 150,000 miles on your car, the SRS is probably still under warranty, so it is worth calling your dealership about. Hope the helps and good luck!
Yes, your car should pass the inspection if everything else is working properly. The abs light is not a reason for rejection on why you shouldn't pass the inspection.
No, if you air bag light is on or showing an error in Texas your car will not pass inspection. In some cases the light comes on for no reason and just needs to be reset.

Yes. Va will pass your car with a check engine light. The inspection station will try to get you to figure out what is wrong with you car but they will not fail it. However, If your SRS light is on, the car will fail the inspection.
There are many requirements in North Carolina that must be met in order for a car to pass inspection. However, one cannot have the check engine light on, in order to pass a car inspection.
